Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Citrus County, Florida. You will work on a building construction site. Your main tasks: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Rotating shifts.
