Vacancy available: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in Hayes County, Nebraska. You will work on a new-build housing development. You should have: • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone The role involves: • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
