Great opportunity: pot washer (Colorado)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Alamosa County, Colorado. You will work in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
