Counter butcher wanted in Glacier County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Glacier County, Montana. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
