Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Perry County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Six days a week, one day off.
