We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Saint Charles Parish, Louisiana. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
