Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
