Maintenance painter wanted in Quitman County

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Quitman County, Mississippi. You will work at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Own brushes and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
