Now hiring: we are hiring a marble cutter in Sweet Grass County, Montana. You will be based at a marble and granite workshop. Requirements: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching The role involves: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat Full-time with occasional weekends.
