We are recruiting: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Lincoln County, Colorado. The job is at a paint and panel shop. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections.
