Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar installer in Hale County, Alabama. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Your main tasks: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Performance bonus on top of base pay.
