Vacancy available: we are hiring a power press operator in Hardin County, Tennessee. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
