Ladle pourer wanted in Dickey County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Dickey County, North Dakota. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. Requirements: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings The role involves maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
