Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
