Short order cook — Swisher County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Swisher County, Texas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
