Concrete worker — Municipal Area Council

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete worker in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at an infrastructure site. On the job you will handle: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
