Floor screeder wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a floor screeder in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a road and bridge project. On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Six days a week, one day off.
