Canteen cook wanted in Bannock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Bannock County, Idaho. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
