Dish pit attendant • Ohio County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ohio County, West Virginia. The job is in a catering unit. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Rotating shifts.
