The role involves season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
