Urgent requirement: overlocker operator (Vermont)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Rutland County, Vermont. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
