Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mills County, Iowa. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
