Bench joiner — Livingston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bench joiner in Livingston County, Kentucky. The job is in a bespoke joinery workshop. Your main tasks: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Own basic hand tools We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
