Head baker wanted in Yagba West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Yagba West, Kogi State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
