Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Maui County, Hawaii. The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
