Urgent requirement: commis chef (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Collingsworth County, Texas. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
