Powder coating technician wanted in Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Calhoun County, Florida. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
