We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality checker in Crane County, Texas. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits You will calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
