The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting.
