Cake decorator wanted in Yazoo County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Yazoo County, Mississippi. You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
