Long-haul driver wanted in Southampton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Southampton County, Virginia. The job is at a logistics warehouse. What we are looking for: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing Your main tasks: • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
