Gantry crane operator wanted in Union County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Union County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
