Toolroom milling operator wanted in Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Boone County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
