Line cook — Winston County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Winston County, Mississippi. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
