Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
