Day-to-day duties: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Six days a week, one day off.
