Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles On the job you will handle: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
