Powder coating technician • Laurens County, Georgia

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Laurens County, Georgia. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Meals and transport allowance provided.
