We are recruiting: hydraulic crane operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Calhoun County, Michigan. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Six days a week, one day off.
