The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
