Oven operator wanted in Wushishi

On a typical shift you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
