You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
