General labourer • Ellis County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a general labourer in Ellis County, Kansas. You will be based with a civil contractor. Day to day you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 3+ years on the tools preferred.
