Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Racine County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod Requirements: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
