We are recruiting: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Newry Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. Ideal candidate: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Your main tasks: • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
