You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 4+ years on the tools preferred.
