Production welder — Muscogee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Muscogee County, Georgia. Day to day you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
