Immediate opening: scullery hand (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Palo Alto County, Iowa. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
