Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Clarke County, Georgia. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures.
