Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Lincolnshire, England. The job is at a road and highway construction project. The role involves work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Rotating shifts.
